Mediation Solutions With No "Administrative" Fees!

 

Why are you paying "Admin" Fees for an online mediation?

Mediations can be conducted virtually or at your office.

Either way, no "administrative" fees!

We charge a 4-hour minimum at the following rates:

  • 2 Party Case: $500.00 per party, per hour
  • 3 Party Case: $450.00 per party, per hour
  • 4 Party Case: $400.00 per party, per hour
  • 5+ Party Case: Flat Rate Available Upon Request
  • Pre / post-mediation work is billed at the hourly rates to all parties.
  • Travel time is billed at $100.00 per hour, per party.
  • Mediations conducted in person in the metro Atlanta area or outside two hour drive time from Thomasville, Georgia may include actual travel expenses (lodging/airline) billed at cost and split evenly between the parties. If so, no hourly travel time is billed.

Mediation Agreement

All participating parties expressly agree to be bound by the Delius Law Firm, P.C. Mediation Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

If a Mediation is cancelled within 10 days of the mediation, each party will be charged a cancellation fee of $500.00. 

Mediations cancelled, rescheduled or settled within 24 hours of the start time of the mediation will be charged 4 hours per party. Non-refundable travel costs to the mediator will be billed at cost and split evenly between the parties.
